I've been having many IC piping leaks although I did the hairspray thing. I think I fixed everything now, but wondering why my boost builds up slowly from 0 to about 9 psi and then builds up much quicker at WOT from 9 psi to 15 psi.

Is it normal for boost to build up slower at the beginning and then close to high boost it increases fast?

I also got a ball-spring manual boost controller by Hallman. My tial wastegate is new so I don't think there is an issue on that side.

Yes...this is normal depending on the turbo you have.

That's pretty similar to the way my turbo spools. I have a T3/T40E hybrid with a .63 a/r.

It makes sense though when you think about it, as the turbo spools your creating more exhaust gasses, which is what spools the turbo...
