I have read before that you dont recomend the the larger AR housings on the t3/t4 and I just read that the .48 ar is a "little lazy till about 4300" and I also know you dont recomend the t25 series. I am wondering what turbo you recomend for the street for quick spool and descent top end. I am looking for a reliable daily 250-270 whp and the occational track appearance in the 290-300 whp range. I will be running stand alone probally SDS and have all needed supporting fuel needs and probally runing alky injection and/or propane for the upper hp range. Thanks for the recomendations in advanced.

For that type of power, I'd recommend a T3/T04B stage 1 with a .60 A/R and .48 rear housing. I know it works because I used the same turbo with a .63 housing. The engine is happy enough to accomodate that turbo and you will be happy with it's performance. Some may disagree and they have that priviledge, but you asked me and my advice is from experience and not what I've read on a turbo company's web site.

I can get you one for about $500, but that have them on Ebay for less.

what is the difference between the t3/t04e and t3/t04b. Also I saw this turbo on ebay and it is very close to what you recommend. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT

Seems like a good deal to me! The difference between the E and B series is usually wheels and shaft sizes.
