boost bounce

i was wondering if anyone could tall me what would cause the boost pressure to bouce? if i go full thottle the boost will go up to 10 then down to 5 then back to 9 and settle at 7...any ideas?

what kinda wastegate are you running? stock?

yes...stock wastegate and stock actuator
