I'm not quite sure what you're asking but the stock "recirculation va;ves" recirculate the air back to the inlet before the turbo reguardless of boost this is how they work and they will continue to do so even if you turn the boost up

if you add aftermarket bov's you should use the recirculation type as the engine managment calculates air in the system at the MAS, once the air is measures it is to be burned or recirculated just as the stock setup is configureed, this holds true reguardless fo boost levels

should you run a non recirculating aftermarket bov you'll experience a momentaly rich condition every time your bov's vent off metered ait, if however you are running an aftermarket stand alone taht does away wth the afm (like megasquirt, sds, etc) then you can vent to atmosphere without worry

the only time boost pressure is gonna play a part is cheapo ebay bov's that won't hold pressure, for this reason I run a tail bov

Unless you have a stand-alone you will run rich as evildky stated earlier.

yeah won't really hurt anything, just gonna be rich between ****s, more fuel consumprion and less power as the excess fuel burns off
