so i finally got everything put back together again (for the 4th time) and my setup is as follows:

s14stock engine248 232 camsusp pulleyfidanza flywheelact xtreme clutcht2 bottom mount manifoldsr turbo elbows14 t28sard 555cc'sz32 mafFMICfull exhaustenthalpy ecu12psi

enthalpy ecu is runnning rich!!! i have to pull atleast -11 to 13% in high throttle with my safc and -40% at idle. afrs go kinda crazy... at 3k rpm in 5th gear cruising, afr goes from 13.1 to 15.1 back and forth at the same throttle %. not sure whats goin on and why cruising AFRs go kinda crazy.....

My AFR's bounce back and forth like that, and I have a stock ECU. So maybe it's normal? No idea, but maybe someone else knows more about that.

How old is your wideband? Go to a dyno or borrow someone elses. When was the last time you calibrated it?Was the enthalpy tuned for the t2 or the t3? Didn't you have a t3 before? You got a fuel pressure regulator? If you set it down to stock fuel pressure you should be good. On my tune I could pull from 5-11%. But you got to think this is mail sent. Possibly your 550's are flowing more than average...Was the ecu tuned for this exact setup? You can always have him send you a new chips. just send the old ones back.

ecu was tuned for my exact setup. wideband sensor was replaced at the time of the ka-t swap. plx m300 doesnt need calibration. i emailed him but no response yet...

Something is wrong for sure. Whether it's the O2 sensor or the ecu tune, you should NOT be pulling 40% at idle with a rom tune. That's more along the lines of NO tune.

I'm leaning towards the ecu since pulling 40% would cause it to basically not start if the ecu was tuned.

Make sure you have the correct tune for your components, IE the 300ZX MAF for sure.

dont worry, ive done this too many times to know if i got a wrong sensor. the wideband sensor is brand new i just replaced it along with my 02 sensor. must be a boost leak but it doesnt matter anymore. i blew the engine, read my other thread.
