So Im still at work on my custom amp mount and have had to fill in a few spots with Bondo body filler. Having an issue though. After I sand it, Im noticing all these little hole and divots that look like air bubbles made when it was curing and couldnt make it out of the top. It makes it look terrible and not smooth at all.

Any idea why this is happening? Am I mixing bad? Curing in wrong temperature? Suck at life?

i believe when you get those air bubbles your using too much hardener. just be careful to mix the right ratio

It might be man! This project is taking me so damn long Im ready to murder! Going to give it another go this weekend, I bought some heavy duty metal files to sand down the extra resin...yes there is that much that I need a file, its eating up my orbital sander.
