Hey guys so I bought the stillen fascia from another member who had a turbo and cut the support bars......

So the center piece is a little flimsy. Since I just coils on and my car is so low Im worried about hitting things and the front part breaking off.....

My idea is, I have some bondo laying around, should I fill the hollow space on the bottom center with bondo to make it stronger.

So what Im talking about is the area below the license plate?

If this isnt clear let me know and Ill explain it in more detail, but im at work now... lol :chuckle: :chuckle:

I dont think that Bondo is going to prevent it from breaking. If you hit that part I would think that it being to able to bend or flex a little without the Bondo might actually prevent it from breaking. If you make it too rigid it might just crack on impact. Either way I think that the Bondo would just shatter and break off rather than support it that much.

My $0.02

Im also going to attach a metal bar underneath the fascia but just around the edges to heighten the support. Im def look into the fender filler Thanks

sorry it's called Fairing Filler, you can get it from west marine

it's light as all get out

I'd fill it then glass the back for strength, fairing filler by itself doesn't add any strength it's just filler that's easy to sand/paint if you want to smooth it on the back after you fill it
