Any I could get to increase flow and/or be quicker?

Depends on how deep you wallet is an how much quicker you want, it's said that the DETT heads are more free flowing and have better cam choices for aftermarket, there's also a twin pop intake kit that can be done, and of course full exhaust

Kinda liking for decent budget bolt ons for now. But I'll look into that for sure.
Only have borla exhaust w/cat so far.

You could run the basic bolt on parts (exhaust, intake). Aside from that to get more power, you could go into the motor but that gets very expensive for only small power gains.

Another option is to put the car on a diet.
