So, I bought a 2009 Nissan Rogue S AWD yesterday. I LOVE IT!

My only problem is that today, while out driving I lost a hubcap (and I don't know where). I came home and considered just getting alloys for it because really I hate hubcaps but they're just not in my college student budget for now. A friend of mine suggested bolt on hubcaps to stop the problem from happening.

I've researched it some but I have two questions/problems

1) I find bolt on hubcaps that look like they should fit here: http://www.hubcapswholesale.com/Nissan/CCI-437-16S.html

2) I read on a site that sells only hubcaps that some cars just can't use these as an option. Is there any reason this would be true for the Rogue?

Has anyone else tried or does anyone use bolt on hubcaps? I've just had cars with the clip on caps before and I just always manage to lose them... definitely not something I want to do with my Rogue!

Thanks!

I know what you can try first. Try slowing down. The Rogue is a grocery getter, not a race car.

Yeah, it definitely wasn't a speed issue. This was driving around a small town at 25mph. Plus, I don't drive it like a race car. :P

its not due to speed. its because they hit a few curbs and the retaining ring broke out of the hubcap
