I have a couple of bolts like this and the heads are so rusted that I have stripped them...are there any ideas on how to remove without cutting the head, drilling, and tapping? The bolts are the ones that help attach the exhaust bracket to the frame....so not a whole lot of space.

I've had lots of success by using an acetyline torch to heat the bolt to a dull cherry red, then using either vise grips or a socket that'll fit tight to loosen the bolt.
