bogs when quickly reving

So my car starts and idles fine now (s13 ka24de with all emissions removed). The thing is i can hardly drive it. It bogs, i could limp around. If I give it gas fast, it will bog then rev up normal. If I slow apply gas it will rev normally. The car doesn't stall and starts like a champ. I notice that when I unplug the mafs it runs worse, when it should run just fine but just in loop mode right? What would cause such a problem? It seems i got all vacuum leak taken cared of, and timming right or close. What could it be? should the vacuum be routed a certain way?

Also each time I start the car my windshield wipers move once, then turns off. It works normally after that.
