Bogs after 5k with lights on or fans plugged in?! HELP!

So, I'm not sure if it's a wiring gremlin or what, but my car runs like crap if the lights are on or the electric fans are plugged in.

I have a 95 240sx that I bought that already had the sr20det swap done. It seems like I need to replace the plugs every 3 weeks to keep it running decent. Right now the current problem is this:I can feel a slight bog normally after 5k rpms (sucks), but it will miss and stumble with the bog with the electric fans plugged in or lights on. So, I'm not sure if the alt. is going bad, battery's too small, the timings off, or something is wired wrong.... I'm just tired of it not running right.

If I knew where to look for something like this I would, but I'm at a loss. There seems to be a lot of post with similar issues with no resolutions posted here. I've replaced plugs, checked wires under the hood. Cleaned up wiring at the ecu, and etc. I'm desperate to get this fixed.

Seems like it was the alternator.
