I don't get it. I checked for codes. Nothing. When I jump on it from 3k rpm car bogs and won't go past. This only happens when I have about alittle more then 1/4 tank. I wired to knock sensor up an all, checked for vacuum. Everything seems fine. Any ideas?

Could be a faulty fuel sending unit that's telling you lies. Or maybe the sending unit got knocked outof calibration when you or if you've changed the pump. hmmmmm, I wonder if this is my prob........at 13-14psi at wot over 4k rpms or so with less than 1/4 tank of gas.......the engine acts like it hits fuel cut or boost cut or something. I've also got a walbro 255, and maybe it's not seated all the way in the bottom of the tank or something. I guess I'll fill the tank up, and see it it still does it.
