bogging

this is kind of wierd...at full throttle in gear, my car bogs spits sputters, back fires and smokes like bob marley, my mechanic said we are going to have to recirculate the BOV...what do u guys think? i have an apexi twinchamber bov, evo8 FMI, and SS piping, 3 inch downpipe
