My SR bogs after I accelerate w/ or w/o boost. It will drive fine... boosts normally, no bogging while I accelerate, but when I stop it dies on me. I have a redtop motor w/ IC and Greddy BOV venting to atmosphere. No puge can. I vacuum tested all the vacuum lines to make sure they were not leaking. Tried adjusting the BOV 1,000,000,000 times, and it still does the same thing. The car is running very rich. I tried putting in an A/F gauge but it would not read anything it would just go blank, and the car would idle funny. I tried a different gauge, and tried to find a new O2 sensor but the 87 300ZX sensor I got was a different size and would not fit. My friend has the same exact setup and his runs fine, no bogging at all. Could it be the MAF or 02 sensor?

Thanks,

- Victor

it sounds so much like an air/vaccum leak problem. check your pcv valve it may be stuck open. check your intake tube for a split in the accordian portion of it. check your air flow voltage and watch what it does as the rpm drops. if it drops out below .9v and you have confirmed no air leaks I would say your airflow meter is your problem. note it will drop out like that if you have a massive air leak too. thats why you need to be sure there are no air leaks first.

Thanks... I'll try swapping the MAF. I dont have a PVC Valve though... Its an open breather on the SR20 Engine.
