BOGGING PROBLEM AGAIN

io just got my car back from being dyno tuned. this happend a month ago when i got into boost it would hesitate but this time it wouldnt rev past 2500..sounded as if i had 2 step. i checked all my pipings and checked for any loose bolt but everything is good. i just got new spark plugs(obviously when you get tuned you get new spark plugs) i took my car home from my girlfriends driving like 15 mph lol and after i got home i played around with my AFC and for some reason when i go to rev it. it rev normal i was so confused lol i didnt play with the settings i was looking into the sensors and what not i dont think it was the AFC that did it but maybe i didnt warm up the car properly. i left my girls house 10 seconds after starting
