I have a 93' 240sx and after about 5 minutes of driving, after it warms up I lose a noticable amount of horsepower and when in low rpm (under 2000 rpm), high rpm (over 4000 rpm), and if I floor it, it just bogs down and jumps really bad. I already checked the plugs for corrosion, wires, and re-gapped them all and it still does it. Only thing I can think of is mass air flow sensor? Atleast thats what I heard, im not even sure where it is. Bogging down sounds like a common problem among 240's. If you guys think its something else, please let me know. Thanks for the help, i really apreciate it. -Rydell:D

Ok checked them both. I also found a hose that ran to my air filter box that had broken off but was still connected to the air box a little, I just kind of sealed it with JB weld. So I fixed that. The distributor nodes? I guess you call them, had a little corrosion on them and I cleaned them. Anyway, I just got done test driving it and for the most part, its gone. But still, after starting from a stopping point, it seems to still lose alot of power and still jumps etc.... Im thinking its a combination of things. Im going to check the mass air flow sensor, that may be it, but im not sure where it is. Could someone maybe give me a site or even just describe where it is, that would be great. Thanks for the help all,-Rydell

try jiggling the TPS wires (to black box on side of throttle body) and see if you hear the solenoid click on and off. and if the TPS is worn, it can create that jumping effect by not displaying the full range of signals the computer needs to accurately read throttle position (air intake).
