Bogging at cruising speed / weird air fuel reading

[240 Doubledrive]

Can someone help me out? I just tuned my SR powered 240 and now when i'm just cruising at 60 or so and let off the throttle it kinda bogs until i get back on the throttle and then it kicks in and takes off.

Also, the paper from the dyno showed a weird jump in air fuel. This is what it looks like... Normal????2200rpms - 12.5 (air fuel ratio) / 2400rpms - 10.5 / 2500 - 12 / 2700rpms - 13.5 / 3000rpms - 13 / then it straightened out and stayed at about 12 all the way to red line. This was at 15 psi
