I have a 1990 and a 1994 300zx I got rear ended in my 1990 and crushed the back end. I want everything that's on the 1990 from the body work, mechanics, and interior. What would be easier, take everything off piece by piece from the 1990 and put it on the 94 or take the whole back end body in one piece off the 94 and put it on the 90?

What do you mean by body work? Whats wrong with the 94?

Removing the body panels on any cars and realigning is a PITA!! Unless you are good with a welder, have experience aligning panels, don't do it.

Just like the front fascia side skirts front panels. I know all that would be easy I'm really wondering about the complete job like the full exhaust transmission suspension the whole interior. The 94 is good I just have a lot of stuff on the 90.

Just go piece by piece and see what fits and what doesn't. I mean if it doesn't fit, move on to the next piece. Never know something could fit with a little ingenuity that you might not have thought about.

Cutting chunks of the uni-body out and welding onto another car will be more difficult than unbolting stuff and swapping to another car. Given that you aren't a body guy with 20+ years experience and a fully equipped shop.
