can 89 parts fit on a 91? i have to replace almost my intire drivers side. is it possible to change the kicker panel/ side skirt whatever you wanna call it without having to cut and weld? any help would be greatly appretiated

The '89 parts should go on, though the trim mouldings might be different not for sure. Also. the only way you can change the rocker panel is from cutting and welding on the new one.
