I have an 86 300zx and I was wondering if there anyway to swap the 87-89 300zx style front end onto my 86. and since I'm going to putting a dual exhaust on it if there was a back bumper I could get that would fit a dual exhaust.

Yup, cut weld repeat, it's been done with only cutting but looks like a hack job unless you do the finish work IMHO. You could cut and form the stock bumper, run cutoffs that terminate under the car, or shop for an aftermarket bumper cover.

where exactly do I cut? I do plan on racing it so I don't want to weaken the chassis.
I've been looking at body kits for it but haven't found any for a dual exhaust. so I was just wondering if anyone else had seen a bumper like that anywhere. well my stock back bumper is shot anyways so either way it needs a new one.

The nose swap is one of the easiest to do, just grab 87 hood/fenders/bumper cover/bumper support/headlights/turn lights... you will have to do a little hammering in the headlight buckets, maybe cut and weld a new plate, but that's it.
