is there any difference between a 240Z rear hatch and a 280Z hatch? I found one w/ a window hinges and all for 40 bucks... Dunno if it would fit to fix my hatch:

yup totally interchangable, the only difference is the early (70-71) cars had vents int he bottom of the hatch, and vertical defog lines, oh and only 1 hatch strut
