Body part repair questions.

Hello guys, I was in a small accident a few months back and like i tried to find parts from junkyard and what not and no luck. The situation im in right now is that my hood was bend upward like almost an inch at the middle. and the bumper have a huge lump, fenders are bend a lil.

After i took all the parts off and set on my garage floor, they look straight to the eye.... but i know they are not. SInce ihave no luck finding parts in junk yard, can one hammer the parts straight? and if so what would that method call and how would one do it? thank you for reading and any inputs will be apperciated.
