Just curious if its better 2 put 91' fenders on my 89' nissan 240sx because i'm puttin the 91' front end on it, or does it even matter? Also i'm lookin for bumper brackets + they nissan emblem for they 91'?

it does not matter.

as long as u have those side panels that goes on the fenders connecting to the bumper.

89 to 94 have all the same fenders.

91 to 94 just have the side panels to make it flush with the bumper.

it somewhat matters if your looking for flushness. theres fitment issues when it comes to putting pignose fenders with a 91 front end. The sharp part of the fender wont fully touch the bumper.

But it will work, and it won't look wrong to the naked eye.

Just make sure you get the fender extensions.

The pig nose look isn't for me. but the answer 2 ur question iz yes. pig nose will fit the 91'

nah... I doubt it. Just make sure when putting it in, leave all the screws a bit loose and make sure all the screws are in, then go back and tighten them all.
