Can someone tell me if the front body panels from an 89-94 coupe or hatchback will fit a 92 convertible? I've got a line on a convertible that has been smashed up in the front. I'm thinking of rebuilding it to use as my next daily driver (Stage IX 300ZXTT for weekend fun). Can I buy fenders, bumper cover & hood from a hatchback or coupe to replace the damaged parts on the convertible? TIA!

Front panels should all be the same. There are no different part numbers for them on my list.

arent the convertible panels made differently due to the lack of weight w/out the roof?...i thought they were heavier...w/out the extra weight wont it throw off the balance of the car?

That is one of the most absurd things I have ever heard. Most convertibles are heavier thatn their corresponding models b/c extra reinforcement is done to the frame to strengthen it and reduce torsional stress (body roll and twist).
