Has anyone replaced this? I am not sure how to do it. I can take the bolt out, but nothing comes apart.

There are 4 bolts up top, could take those out, looks like they hold the metal bushing cup in the frame.

I get a lot of squeeking from this area, think this is the culprit. Seems to be some rust building inside the cup.

The rubber bushing is apparently Nissan part 95151 or 530-01g10

Thanks for that. I looked at the the cross section "C" for the mount on the page you specified. Unfortunately, they don't give instructions on how to replace it, and I am still at a loss trying to figure out how the system works.

I figure the bolt must screw into the cab and must go through some sort of bushing at the top.

At the base of the cup is a bushing, don't know if it is one-piece with the top, if not, maybe I can pull it out from the bottom. The holder I picture is cupped-in at the base, however, and it doesn't look, at first glance, that the bushing could come out from the bottom.

On the other hand, there doesn't seem to be enough clearance at the top to remove it unless the cab is lifted off the frame.

I am going to take the bolt out again and see if I can get something loose on top with my fingers.
