Body lift

Hi,
Since I have virtually no access to already limited 720 physical resources (shipment of a lift kit to here almost triple cost of the kit itself and I have to assume customs wont be an issue), can somebody tell me more about body lift kits ?
Consists of what parts ?
What modifications required in engine bay, inside the cab etc, what is the safe lift possible without mods ?
What is different between different cab versions (I have a crew cab, but no kit available for it at 4x4parts) ?

I expect any info shared here also will be future reference, since I see that it's getting harder and harder to find stuff for 720.

Standard cab 2 seats or one bench
King cab 2seats 2 jumpseats

Crew cab? Do you have a four door from mexico or somehing?

Why not just crank the torsion bars and get blocks in the rear? Why body lift over suspension lift?

Where are you located? That might help too.

I know the difference between cabs, my question was about in terms of body lift. Anyway, now I see that crew cab is not common at US.
Yes, I've a four door 4x4 and I m located in Turkey, interestingly you can't find a KC or SC here, they're all CC
Will sure crank the bars, but still willing to lift the body before I'll try manufacture new bumpers.

Ahh I see. I am sure its not that difficult to fabricate a body lift kit. seems like you would take off the bed and make spacers and then do the same with the cab, keeping in mind your shifters are under there and would need some modding to sit comfortably.
