Hey guys, looking at body kits for the 350. I love the Veilside version 3 wide body kit, but hate the price. I then saw a bunch of knock-offs of that kit for a fraction of the price, are those kits worth it or should i pay up the nose for the name brand. For example Veilside's kit is around $3,000, whereas a kit from RevPM is $595. second part of the question, i noticed that some of these kits have the rivet holes and others dont, are they two different types of kits or have the holes just been puttied up, and third part how much, ball-park, should installation and paint cost for the body kit?

Hey bro, From my experence you get what you pay for.....I have worked in 3 paint and body shops that do custom work and some of those knockoff body kits are decent but most are horrible. Fit and finish is poor, holes dont line up and the bodyman will have to do all kinds of extra work to get it straight and presentable. Then you'll get a big *** bill. My suggestion.......start savin' those pennies!!Good luck!!

i recomend no body kits, they are to much maitenance, they ruin the class, and lower the value, but lip kits are nice, always removable if u want.

throwing an airplane looking body kit ruins the look of the 350z. i dont get why people put them on. just about all of them look so ugly. keep it stock.

The Stillen front doesn't look too bad though it reminds me a lot of a Porsche GT2...

...can anybody say GTR33 body kit for a Civic? lol
