Hey guys,New to Nicoclub...

I have a 2000 q45 that has recently been involved in a front end accident.. Since I need to replace bumber, I'm considering getting a body kit, which i have not been able to find for a 97-2001 q45. Any ideas on aftermarket body kits? bumbers? and also looking to drop it 1 to 2 inches.

thanks for the help in advance.

Well let me be the first to welcome you to nicoclub... Now there are body kits available but the Y33 Cima, but not the Q45 in the sense that the front bumper design is different due to our DOT regulations. But that's not to say that people still haven't installed bodykits on their car. Most have gotten rid of the stock foam and did some cutting here and there and made it fit. The first place I will tell you to look, is memoryfab.com. And as for lowering your car check a recent post by falkdesigns who has TEIN lowering springs.

Welcome to the club. (I can't believe that "someone" didn't get here first to berate him for not "searching"!)Sorry but I don't know about body kits but do have info regarding springs (gleaned here at nico). Several people have the teins springs which they all rave about with the only downside (albeit a small one)being their 2" drop and this depends on taste/ride requirements. I'd like to lower my car 1" and am looking for a set of stock springs to cut-SO if you get the teins I'll buy your stock springs. Maybe this will help you decide on the teins from falkdesigns.

Good luck and welcome!
