This is an impossible question to answer because its an opinion.

My personal opinion: Say no to a body kit and change the front bumper to a 1999 J-spec front bumper and change the tailights to a set of 1999 J-spec tail lights. Then you could always get a nose panel if you want.

I like the kaminari side skirts, twinz rear and the stillen gtz or the jspec front. Mission rear spoiler too. That's what I would love to do to mine

You can't. Especially the rear quarter panels, they would probably cost 2-3 grand to install even if you did find them.

You will need to rent/buy a fender roller/puller, or have a shop do it. Much less money than just buying rolled fenders. MUCH less.

dont pull/roll unless you have too. pulled and rolled fenders look retarded on a car with stock wheels and hella-sink.

^ Yeah, that.

Unless you're running wider than a 10" wheel at less than a 45mm offset, there's no need to roll or pull your fenders.

18x10 @ Zero offset, that would require a major fender pull and roll, if not wide fender overlays, which are very expensive.

18x9.5 @ 45mm would not require a fender roll, no pull either.. (size I'm getting, But i'm installing these wheels with spacers so it might need a roll.

Sometimes if you get too high or too low of an offset wheel, (offset = how far away the inside center of the wheel is from the actual car's hub,) The spokes of the wheel can come into contact with your brakes. Putting spacers on defeats this from happening.

- Or just getting correctly sized wheels negates the need to have wheel spacers.

I think my wheels might come into contact with my brakes, and I already own spacers, so I'm just going to install them.

Spacers also help in cornering, others may feel differently, but I know this first hand.

*PS* sounds like you need some sticky lovin! wheel-fitment-and-tire-size-guide-t512311.html

spacers also will eat your wheel bearings if they're too big. and, its not so much the spacers that help cornering, its the wider stance you get from the "working offset" of the wheel with said spacer. would be the same if you just had less offset

Do you want us to build your car for you?

You're asking a lot of opinion questions. Don't just go off of what we want, it's not our car. We don't really care as long as your own taste would not be to make a ricer out of the thing. :squint:

But in my opinion, I'd repaint it with a factory 300zx color, or a tasteful BASF paint (my favorite paint manufacturer,) such as this paint:

By the way, the term 'body kit' insinuates that you're trying to make this a show car. What's your goals for the car? what do YOU want to build? We can point out options that might help you once you provide that sort of answer, but for us to just TELL you want to put on your car, you might not be happy with it because it's not built to your specific taste. You know what I mean?
