I don't live in Cali but I would recommend that when you find a reputable shop & if you own a PPW Z....the color match is going to be very difficult....it will take a awesome paint shop to do your parts close to PPW color match perfection. Make sure you have written in your contract that the paint job has to be guaranteed.

damn.. ok

do you know on average how long a good/reputable shop takes to do those pieces?

say if they didn't have any prior projects.

I usually call ahead & then take the car or parts in for an estimate...they give me a date to bring in the parts & its usually a day for painting & I would go in the next day...I installed my v1 lip & side skirts with help from my buddy but the body shop did install my rear deck wing & that was like a two or three day job for painting & install but like I said you need advance scheduling. Also make sure you describe in detail exactly what you want painted....don't take nothing for granted.

You should be ok because its factory painted...the color code for the PPW is QX1

yeah i figured there would be some discoloration involved... i was also considering going a whole new color anyways. i love white and all but im getting bored with it. i was considering a red, not sure which though. and i know thats gonna be a nice chunk of change (not sure how much) but we shall see (ideas?).
