I'm planning on saving up for a body kit to purchase within the next couple of months and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about them.

I have only seen one kit for the sedan and looks almost exactly the same as the oem bumpers and side skirts. Will a hb kit fit on a sedan? I'm guessing the front bumper and side skirts will but not the rear bumper right? Iv heard something about the rear end of them being different.

Any suggestions will be helpful thanks in advanced.

rear end is different and you may want to measure the side skirts... they could be slightly different though they shouldn't because the platform is the same and the dimensions should be the same along the side.

As Kimber mentioned, the side sills and front fascia will fit from a sedan or hatch. The rear is different between them.

I have already looked at some of the Kits but I have only seen one for the Sedan and it doesn't really look much different from the OEM kit.

For $915 I don't see much of a difference. Not to mention you'd have to get it painted too.

This is the front of the Octane 2 body kit. It's only $745 and I can see a lot of difference. Plus it comes with that sexy grill! (I want it bad, but you can't buy it seperate. It comes with the front bumper only).

Now does anyone know how low to the ground a body kit would put you? I have Megan Racing springs so I'm not sure if I would be dragging or if there would be enough room to even drive after installation. This is probably going to be my big upgrade after purchasing my wheels and tires which should be within a month or two. Just trying to get ready so I am prepared for this $1,500 (or so) bill. lol

IMPUL lists just the grill at 628.43.

The picture of the octane 2 is lowered 25mm in the front 20mm in the rear. Don't know the clearance though. If you go to the Japanese site there is a picture of the clearance in the front and it looks significant.

There are body kits available for the sedan but IMPUL USA does not have them on their parts list. (looks just like the HB kit)

If you're on Megan springs, I'd probably advise against a low hanging body kit. A lot of people who have a combination of that have trouble not scraping on even small inclines. You'll have to pull up on decent size curbs sideways and that's not always possible.
