Wrecked my Z about a month ago, saving up money to hopefully pay for the damage. Anyways, I hit some ice on a birdge and turned sideways, hitting a mazda 3 that was stopped in the middle of the road, I couldn't have been going more than 30mph (high estimate), anyways, I wanna know if you guys think it's fixable, or am I going to have to get rid of her. (the damage includes the door jam next to the 1/4 window) Here's some pictures.

By the way, the windows taped off since the glass in the passenger door shattered.

Not really, any slight bump in the road sends my tire into the bent metal. Not to mention I can't see, thanks to the bag i have to have there, and the bad suspension problems it has now(drifts heavily to the right). Either way I know I'm going to replace the passenger door, and the driver while im at it, I'm just worried about the door jam damage, think it's gonna be fixable?

if you go through insurance they'll probably declare it totaled. that's quite a bit of damage. you should at least get an estimate on it from a body shop. most places do free estimates.

yeah if i can replace the radiator, I'll take her around and get some, but I'm kinda stuck for now. I'm not getting any insurance help with it either ($92/month liability).

have it checked for frame damage. Repairs wont be cheap on the rear quarter panel. A door and suspension parts can all be easily replaced. But from the pics it might be better to part that one out and get a new one.

I hate oe be the bearer of bad news but most likely the car si a total, that "B" post will likely never be right without extensive cutting welding and aligning on a fram rack, most likly more expensive then replacing the car

For my sake, I hope you're wrong, but if not I swear I will find the money to get it fixed.

If you can find the money to get it fixed you can probably find the money for a new one...one that hasn't been in an accident. And then you could part your current one out.

I know what your saying, but I don't wanna get rid of her, I'm very sentimental, and this car means a lot to me.

you can get it fixed just dont expect it to be cheap and i dont think insurance will total it if they dont know that means just getting fixed on your own and not involving insurance

dont give up hope, i had crashed my 240 the day after i bought it, 3 months and 1600 dollars i got the 240 back, that was in 05, i was 17 it was mainly chassis damage, i went into the curb going 75mph, cross member control arm rim tie rod rack and pinion tension rod, all that got busted up, it had too much sentimental feeling to me to just buy a new one, anywho, back to you and your Z, heres a link to the quarter panel

and one for the door, just so you can get an idea

Well thank you guys. J1rm, bro you just saved me a lot of time and money. I'm hoping to be able to go and pick up a set of doors next weekend. My body shop will greatly reduce the price to fix if I get the parts for them, so thank you for the links. So far if all goes right with the arrangements I've made, it should cost me somewere in the ballpark of $900 for parts.

This cost $1200 to fix, you looking at big cash for that my friend, i know it hurts. But take the shift knob off the wrecked Z and install it on your New Z...

Agreed. You almost better off to buy a new car and transfer what is still usable.

wow! 1200. where did you get your car fixed, seems like you got played, my cousin crashed my 240 on the 22freeway into a honda accord, smashed my bumper in, bent the hood half way up, bent my intake, cracked my radiator, bent my head light and twisted the front frame for the hood latch, got it all fixed for 450, and if you read in the earlier part of this youll read my other damage to the 240
