Anyone know how to remove the secondary piston on a BMC that does not have the "piston stopper screw"? I managed to get the first one out but how the heck does the other one come out? Reason I wanna do this is because I'm trying to drill a hole so I can tap out the fitting that is inside

Trying to take it out of this one: (s13 one)

Notice how this one does have it: (z32 one)

So if I understood you correctly, you hit the outside of the BMC where it doesn't have the opening?

your a genius!... well not really. lol But your technique worked half way for me. I banged it and and came out half way, but luckily for me I was able to use these two holes that I had drilled earlier and push it out with a skinny flat head. Thanks 95silvia14 and I hope this thread helps others
