Hi everyone,

I'm a bit confused...initially I was going for a complete z32 brake swap but now I decided to take a shortcut with the q45 front brakes...

but I already have a new z32 17/16 BMC - can I use it with q45 front + z32 rear calipers?

Also, I have a drum e-brake from the factory & a big brake booster M195T iirc. (I have a 200sx s13 eudm version).

If using a 17/16 BMC is not possible which one should I use then?

Cheers,

- Tim

haha well your getting a reply on here

the stock booster will be cool with the BMC you have will also be fine for the brakes

stiff pedal feel is great...adding even 1 more piston to the system is going to make it more mush so go for that BMC and enjoy the feeling

I was thinking of a 1" (16/16) z32 BMC...would that be better? I don't want my wheels locking up each time I tap the brake pedal :)

just dont lock up your brakes each time you tap. i have a 1" and it works great, so whatever you got at your disposal

and you're running the same setup as I want?

I'm thinking of selling off my 17/16" and getting a 1"

if you got it already put it on its not that hardcore that you will lock up all the time

i run z32 1" bmc, z32 28mm calipers, cheap pads, blank vented rotors, ss lines front, ss lines rear, standard rear calipers, cheap pads, blank un-vented rotors

looking to do the altima rear soon though
