BMC and booster question

I'm in the middle of installing my turbo and I've run into a problem: there is a clearance issue with the turbo and the BMC. I've researched and realized that since my car is an auto and has abs the bmc stick out further. My question:Will a brake booster made for a 5spd w/o abs adversely affect the stopping performance on an auto car w/ abs?

I know it will affect it, but how great?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
