hands free Bluetooth doesn't turn on from buttons on steering wheel allowing for voice communication but will work from phone icon on dash next to screen . When you press icon on steering wheel(one with mouth and phone) on screen prompt says SD card needs to be put in . Car does not have navigation system

Please provide more information as to what make, year and model of vehicle this concerns.

Any further info on its history will also help us help you - how long you've had this problem, how long you've had the car etc...
