ARABIC? According to my owner's manual it only offers a choice of English, French or Spanish. Try pressing the 'Settings' button and then select 'Language / Units' by pressing the 'Enter' button on the Infiniti controller. You should then be able to select from one of the three languages by again pressing the 'Enter' button on the controller.
You don't mention your year or model, since that may also make a difference on the instructions. I assume you have purchased this car used. Maybe someone brought it back with them from somewhere in the Middle East where Arabic is one of the options, assuming Infiniti is sold there. Certainly seems weird!
Once you have linked your phone to the car's Bluetooth system it automatically links when you get into the car and automatically operates through the car's speaker system. The idea is that you should not be using the handheld phone while you are in the car, since it is unsafe (and in many jurisdictions also illegal). If you want to use the phone without the car speakers or by using a Bluetooth headset, then don't link the phone to the car's Bluetooth system - your choice!
The system only supports certain formats of CD. For instance it may not always support certain CD-R or CD-RW discs or CCCD (copy control compact discs). Also if there is a mix of CD files and MP3 files on a disc, only the music CD (CD-DA) files will be played. Also files with extensions other than '.MP3', '.WMA', '.mp3' or 'wma' cannot be played. Those are some of the obvious reasons why they may not be working. Work your way through your owner's manual, there is a lot of information buried in there!
