First, welcome to NICO!
Second... to search, look just below the NICOClub.com banner at the top of the page. there will be a button indented a little from the left that says "Search this site for answers", and it has a picture of the nissan logo inside a magnifying glass.
And finally, to answer your question: You can't add bluetooth to a stock S stereo. I don't even think it can be added to an SL's stereo if the SL didn't originally come with the Convenience package. The electronics for the iKey and bluetooth are somehow tied together, and are separate from the stereo (as evidenced by the fact that SL stereos with and without the convenience package are exactly the same model).
What you CAN do is buy one of the many aftermarket models that have bluetooth included in them. There used to be only one or two, now there are a dozen or so... and more will come as time goes on and the option becomes more popular, and handsfree sets become the law in more and more states.
Check out online stereo retailers like Crutchfield.com for information, and check out our sponsor, VersaSpeed.com for the installation and wiring kits necessary for the proper installation.
