Hello,

I've had my SL with bluetooth for a few months now. The bluetooth pairs with my Sony w600i pretty well but many people have commented that they can hear me but I sound very far. I realize the speaker is kinda far being that it's on the ceiling. But is there a way to remedy this? There doesn't seem to be a speaker volume control setting anywhere?

Also, it's a bummer that the stereo display doesn't show caller ID. I think this is a huge omission in this feature. I have to dig up my phone to see who's calling me. Anyone know of a method to remedy this lacking feature? Wonder if a firmware upgrade will fix this much needed feature?

You have to use a pretty firm speaking voice to be heard with the bluetooth system. If you are using a good, strong voice and still cannot be heard, you may have a problem with your pick-up mic.

There is no known way to make your caller ID display on the stereo. Personally, when I answer my bluetooth in the car, I use a generic greeting.
