bluetooth ringtones

Any thoughts or ideas on how to put custom ringtone (s) in the car? I'm still learning how to use ALL the features (while waiting on santa wheels) in the book.

Can't say I think its possible for there to even be a custom ringtone.

Anybody no otherwise? Ladies?....err..I mean anyone?

its wierd you guys ask that. I ust noticed something with my new phone. With my old phone in the car when it would ring it just used the options on the car. Well I just got a new phone and when i am in my car if the volume is on, on my phone it rings over the speakers with my ringtone. If its on vibrate it does the regular car ringer. See if that works for you guys. It nice hearing ROCKY TOP over my car!

There is a way to change the ring tone. There are some already preprogrammed ring tones in the system itself. When you pair a new phone with your Altima's bluetooth, it will ask you to select a ring tone.

I just tried to use my bluetooth today, it only has 2 ringtones. Worked fine with my Blackberry 8830 but my Samsung phone couldn't find it ...... ahh

I noticed that with my phone. I have a Razor V3xx. Dad called me one day while I was driving and his ring tone is the 007 Theme and it played through the car's speakers. But then my cousin called me, his ring tone is "Rooftops" by Lostprophets, and it didn't play it...it just rang normally... it's quite odd.
