Bluetooth problem

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I was wondering if any of you experienced a similar problem.

About two weeks ago, the Bluetooth connection with my phone (LG Optimus V from Virgin mobile) suddenly stopped working. When I turn on the car, it connects, but after about one minute, it disconnects. I unpaired and repair the phone, but it was still the same. Also, during the initial one minute period when the connection was maintained, I was not able to make a call.

I paired up other phones with my 2011 EX and the 2 other phones worked fine. So I called Virgin Mobile, and they sent me a replacement phone. This one's Bluetooth worked for a day and stopped working again. The same symptom.

I still think the problem is in the phone, but I just want to make sure before I take the car to the dealer. I am going to ask for yet another replacement.

Sounds like the issue is the relationship with that particular phone.
