In all fairness to Infiniti, the firmware in each phone is modifiable by the carrier. For example, it is commonly known that Verizon has modified (aka crippled) some standard phone features including messing with the bluetooth capability of the Treo 650 and 700 models.
I've confirmed this by switching carrier and teh same model phone is okay with AT&T but not Verizon. Treo 750 with Cingular works flawlessly, except for only 40 address book entries in the M.
