Bluetooth phone to stereo

Does anyone have any recommendations for connecting my phone via bluetooth to my M35 base w/o Bose and w/o nav? I have seen the USA Spec BT45. Are there any other quality options? And I thought I saw where someone figured out how to convert their non nav module to nav. How would I do that? Could i order the nav unit from the junkyard or any other option? Thanks

You'd need the wiring, antenna, etc. for the NAV.

BT45 is much cheaper and as far as I know that's the only real way.
