bluetooth on g37!!

Hello i have a question with my bluetooth device on my new g37 coupe. I have the LG VX8700 and it says on the website it is compatible. I followed all the instructions on the website and all went well. It said on my phone and on the navigation that my phone was connected to the bluetooth and when i tried to call someone it was going through on my phone but there was no response on the speakers on the car. Two minutes later i got a call and i received it fine. Then when i try to call someone it works thirty seconds later. Ten minutes later i get another call but it is not going through on my car! Even though it says that they are both connected to the bluetooth it doesnt work!! does anyone have any ideas on what i should do??

Delete the found device from your phone and your car and try again. Play around with the settings if it doesn't work the next time ..... visibility for one

i tried that three times already! i even took the same phone from someone else and tried it with that phone and still the same problem!
