BlueTooth NO phone numbers appear

I used to have the phone numbers of the people that called show up on the radio screen in the car but now when the phone rings only a BLANK screen appears. Any ideas why and how to fix it? :confused:

Since purchasing the iPhone 4 i'm having the same issue. The phone numbers showed up fine with my old phone and now with the new phone...nothing.
