I am having a problem with my 2009 Nissan Murano (SL) When on the phone, if another call comes in, the phone will automatically switch to new caller and then back (a couple of times) and then I lose both calls. My phone (LG) is not set to auto answer, and I paired it with my husband's blackberry and my daughter's Palm ??? Same thing. People at Nissan had never heard of this and said I wasn't supposed to be able to switch calls when using the Bluetooth. That sounds ridiculous to me, because why would the option even pop up on my screen if it wasn't available? Then they said it just wasn't offered on the Murano. Can anyone help with this? I'm going nuts!

Not sure I can help, but I have my LG 8700 setup on our 09 and if another call comes in, that one goes to voice-mail. Are you through Verizon by chance? If so, try their customer support, as there may be a setting option that you cannot easily access that they can change or walk you through. Alternativly, if VZ, and you are close to a VZ factory service center, they may be able to help you program the car/phone.

My phone is a LG VX10000 (voyager) and my carrier is Verizon. I'm going to give them a call right now and see if they can do something. One question though, after your adjustments were made, were you able to switch callers when another call came in?.... Or is it correct that the Murano doesn't allow you to use call waiting. (if which case, I still can't figure out why the option flashes up on my navigation screen!) Thanks for your help!LibgilBTWI really like your definition of "veteran".... My son is a 1st Lieut in the marines and just returned from his first deployment to Afghanistan. I will NEVER stop being amazed at how little I appreciated all who serve our country in one capacity or another. Amazing!

I have a Samsung BJ II, and my wife has a BB Curve, no problems here, if I want to grab the second call, I have to answer it on my actual phone.

To be honest, I've not had to mess much with second calls, I just let them go to voice mail and figure that I'll catch them later. Good luck with your phone issues.

Please tell your son that he has the sincere thanks and the respect from an old Army Grunt - Nam vet - Airborne! My grandson will be graduating from Annapolis next spring and will be commissioned as a 2LT USMC - or, as we used to politely call them, a nice shiney new butter bar!
