A big thanks to Ben Dupree and also Flight Nurse. I finnaly figured out that if I did a hard reset it would work. I manually installed my data back a little at a time. I discovered I had an application I forgot I bought called Volume Care. This was the entire problem. It is designed to help make your speaker phone, call volume, etc louder with a boost. Needless to say the Versa is rocking now and I am very pleased. I wanted to post in case someone else has the issue. Flight you were right. Take care guys. PS Im loving my Versa.
