Bluetooth issues

Hi!
I have a 2016 Nissan Rogue with my iPhone 6 (ios 12.1.4) paired with it. A few months ago, the Bluetooth began having issues. I can hear my music and people on the phone, but callers and my voice commands cannot hear me. I have tried to reboot my phone, network settings, etc, but there hasn't been a permanent fix. It will work when I first start my car in the morning, but when I restart it after work, it's back to not working. I've tried doing all the phone tricks with no fix, so I was wondering if it sounds like a car problem?

Its not the car problem, its more of the headunit issue. Its either the wiring or the microphone is going bad. First, blow some air into the microphone of the vehicle, should be located around the sunglass holder area, and see if that fixes it. Otherwise, you may need to take apart a bit of the vehicle to check on the wiring of the microphone.
