Bluetooth incoming call ring is loud!

We just picked up our second Rogue.
One little irritating thing... On an incoming call the ring is so loud you jump out of your seat. Tried it on 2 different phones synced up, same thing. Tried lowering ring volume, no change.
Speaking volume is normal.
Any idea how to fix this?

Try lowering the volume while the phone is ringing through the bluetooth using the volume knob for the radio. I think you can only adjust the ring volume while it is actually ringing
